Supreme Court Hints at Relaxing Delhi-NCR Firecracker Ban for Diwali

During the hearing, the bench noted that a complete ban was not practical. The Solicitor General proposed allowing green crackers for a two-hour window on Diwali and for limited periods on other festivals.
